A consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it without giving a reason within 14 calendar days.
The buyer is obliged to return the goods to the seller immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. The Seller is obliged to return to the Consumer all payments made by him no later than 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract. The consumer does not bear the costs of returning the goods.
